V Jenči jsme vysázeli 161 kusů dřevin!

Ve středu v 10:00 hodin ráno jsme se sešli s 9 odvážnými a odhodlanými dobrovolníky z firmy Solar Turbines (CAT) v Jenči. Na cípu pole, který se obec rozhodla proměnit na zelenou oázu, nás příjemně sluníčko šimralo na kůži a zmírňovalo zimu, kterou nám působil silný, na tomto místě vždy přítomný vítr.
Kolem Jenče jsou nejbližší lesy na Křivoklátsku a jak řekl pan starosta, je tedy na obci si stromy a zeleň vysadit sami :).
S vervou a bez pochybností jsme se pustili do kopání 11 jam a zatloukání 33 kůlů na směs listnatých dlouhověkých stromů - dub zimní, lípu srdčitou, habr obecný a javor babyku.
Po pár vykopaných jámách a zasazených stromech nám humor mírně docházel, půda se měnila v utuženější a tvrdší, krumpáče nastoupily na řadu. Naštěstí nám s nejtěžší prací přišli pomoct dva pánové z obce - a tak ulevili hlavně dvěma jediným mužům z týmu Solaru a kolegovi Adamovi, kteří do té doby statečně a galantně zatloukali a zatloukali.
Stromy jsme i díky nim proto zvládli rychle a víceméně hladce a před námi bylo už "jen" 150 keřů. To byl větší oříšek, síly nám docházeli. Děkujeme moc za výdrž, nasazení a týmového ducha, protože nikdo z firmy neodešel dřív a stihli jsme i rychlý oheň a k pozdnímu obědu buřty a po obědě se všichni znovu sebrali a pustili se do dosadby posledních pár desítek keřů. Děkujeme!

On Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. we met with 9 brave and determined volunteers from the company Solar Turbines (CAT) in Jeneč. At an edge of a field, which the municipality decided to turn into a green oasis, the sun pleasantly tickled us on our skin and softened the cold caused by the strong wind, which is always present in this place.
The closest forests to Jeneč are in Křivoklát area, and therefore, as the mayor said, it is up to the village to plant its own trees and greenery :).
With vigor and without hesitation we set about digging 11 holes and hammering 33 stakes with a mix of broadleaved, long-lived trees - winter oak, heart linden, hornbeam and baby maple.
After a few dug holes and planted trees, we ran a bit out of humor. The ground became firmer and harder, it was the pickaxes turn. Fortunately, two gentlemen from the village came to help us with the most difficult work - and relieved the only two men from the Solar team and my colleague Adam, who until then had hammered and hammered without complaint.
Thanks to them, we were able to manage the rest of the tree planting quickly and smoothly. And then "only" 150 bushes were in front of us. That was a bigger problem, we were running out of strength. Thank you very much for endurance, commitment and team spirit, because no one from the company left earlier. We also managed a quick fire and sausages for a late lunch, and after lunch everyone gathered again and started planting the last few dozen bushes. Thank you!
